Veteran Everest Trek offers an Annapurna circuit with ABC Trek for trekking lovers. This trek is also known as the complete Annapurna trek. You can explore all the diversity of different floras and faunas around this trek. Rhododendron forest and pine trees along the way make it more beautiful. Different sorts of waterfalls and different glaciers of the same mountains will make you forget yourself. This trekking route will start from 1300m and go up to 5416m of elevation which means it is really diverse in geography. The main attractions on the Annapurna circuit with ABC trekking are Dharapani, Manang, Muktinath, Tatopani, Ghorepani, Poonhill and ABC. From Besisahar Jagat up to Tatopani, the route is the same as other normal Annapurna circuit itineraries. After Tatopani instead of transferring to Pokhara, you will start hiking towards the base camp via Ghorepani Poonhill. Poonhill is also known as the window of the Annapurna region from where you can see 14 different Himalayan ranges from the same place. After having 5/6 days up and down along the way you will get to second natural hotspring also.

Terms and Conditions for Trekking Bookings
1. Booking Confirmation
  • A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (usually 20-30% of the total trekking cost) unless stated otherwise.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the trek commences (or as per specific conditions mentioned in the invoice).
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
 
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Clients:
  • 30+ days before trek: 10% cancellation fee of the total trip cost.
  • 15-30 days before trek: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 15 days before trek: No refunds provided.
Cancellation by the Agency:
In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), the agency reserves the right to cancel the trek.
Clients will be offered an alternative trek or a refund, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred.
 
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for unused services (meals, accommodation, transportation, etc.) during the trek once the trip begins.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal emergencies, illness, or delays caused by external factors like weather conditions.
 
4. Travel Insurance
Clients must have travel insurance that covers medical evacuation, high-altitude trekking, accidents, theft, and trip cancellations.
The agency is not responsible for any insurance-related matters.
 
5. Health and Fitness
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit for trekking and have consulted a medical professional if needed.
The agency reserves the right to refuse any participant deemed unfit for the trek for their safety.
 
6. Risks and Responsibilities
Clients understand that trekking involves inherent risks such as accidents, injuries, altitude sickness, natural disasters, etc.
The agency and its staff will take all reasonable precautions but shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the trek.
Clients must comply with the instructions of the trekking guide for safety purposes.
 
7. Changes to Itinerary
The agency reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, trail conditions, flight cancellations, or safety issues.
 
Additional expenses arising from such changes (extra accommodation, transportation) will be the responsibility of the client.
 
8. Permits and Documentation
The agency will assist in obtaining necessary permits for trekking (TIMS, national park fees, etc.), but clients must provide valid documents such as passports, visa copies, and photos.
 
9. Personal Belongings
The agency is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trek. Clients should take necessary precautions.
 
10. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other methods specified by the agency. Any transaction fees are to be borne by the client.
 
11. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to respect local customs, communities, and the environment. Any inappropriate behavior could result in the termination of the trek without a refund.
 
12. Acknowledgment of Agreement
Clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions when booking a trek.

Our representative will be in the arrival lobby with your name card. Our airport staff will brief you on the trip and provide vouchers. You will then be transferred to the hotel.

Day 02: Trek Preparation Day at Kathmandu

The second day of the trek is a leisure and preparatory day to ensure a smooth trekking experience. This day will involve finalizing the trek preparations; a detailed meeting with the tour guide regarding the route, safety, and any expectations will be covered, and all necessary arrangements and documentation, such as dealing with trekking permits and tickets, will be taken into consideration to ensure compliance with local regulations. This relaxed schedule also allows trekkers to double-check their equipment and acclimate to the environment, setting the stage for a successful and enjoyable journey ahead.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Besisahar and Same day Besisahar to Jagat by private jeep

You will travel by private jeep from Kathmandu to Besisahar. You will enjoy the first-ever jeep journey in Nepal from Kathmandu to Besisahar with a real road trip experience. In Besisahar, you will check your permit and TIMS. After that, we can provide you with a private jeep to Jagat. Overnight at a local lodge.

Day 04: Jagat(1300m) to Dharapani(1960m) trek

After crossing the river you will left Jagat early after a quick breakfast and start out on a great day of trekking, not too strenuous and mainly through really beautiful surroundings. Donkeys with bells. Ferocious shade of pink with some lovely red to contrast. Donkey train crossing the bridge. Overnight stay at Teahouse lodge.

Day 05: Dharapani (1860m) to Chame (2670m)

The journey continues making up and down to Dharapani at 1890m. There you will find a stone entrance Chorten typical of the Tibetan influenced villages from here northwards. Then you will visit the Bagarchhap at 2160m that offers the typical flat roofed stone houses of local Tibetans design although the village which is still in the transition zone before the dry highlands. With often rough and rocky, the trail climbs to Tyanja at 2360m, and then continues through forest, but near the river, to Kopar at 2590m. As you will reach Chame, the headquarters of the Manang district, you will be rewarded by the fine views of Annapurna II and two small hot springs by the town.

Day 06: Chame to Pisang (3200m) trek

The day starts through deep forest in a steep and narrow valley, crosses a river on a long bridge at 2910m. You will cross another bridge at 3040m, from there the view of the soaring Paungda Danda rock face really begins to appear. From there the trail joins the climb to Pisang, which sprawls between 3200m and 3300m.Overnight at Pisang.

Day 07: Pisang to Manang (3540 m) trek

Today you will continue through the drier upper part of the Manang district, cut off from the full effect of the monsoon by the Annapurna Range. People of this region, herd yaks and raise crops for part of the year besides, they also continue to enjoy special trading rights gained way back in 1784. Leaving Pisang, you will have alternate trails north and south of the Marsyangdi River which meet up again at Mungji. The southern route by Hongde, with its airstrip, at 3325m involves less climbing than the northern route via Ghyaru, though there are better views on the trail that follows the northern bank of the river. From Mungji, the trail continues past the picturesque but partially to the hidden village of Bryanga at 3475m to nearby Manang at 3500m.

Day 08: Acclimatization day at Manang and day hiking to Ice lake (4600 M)

Today you will spend a day acclimatizing in Manang. The whole day you will spend doing some fine day walks and overviewing the magnificent views around the village and the daytime is best to gain altitude. You can explore the Ice Lake as a day excursion.

Day 09: Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m)

This day you will start the second stage of your trek because it is more than 3500m. You will trek to Tilicho base camp through the narrow road. There it will be a little harder to breathe because of the high elevation. When you reach Tilicho base camp via Srikharka, you will rest and prepare to explore Tilicho Lake for the next day. Overnight at Tilicho base camp tea house lodge.

Day 10: Tilicho Base camp (4150 m) to Tilicho Lake hiking and back to Srikharka (3800 m)

The most exciting and spectacular day of your trek will be the Tilicho Lake exploring day. Tilicho Lake is the highest-elevation lake all around the world. After having breakfast at Tilicho base camp, you will start your trek for the lake as it takes around 3/4 hours to reach. It will be frozen in winter and cloudy in summer, the strong wind and excellent glacier view give you amazing feelings. After sightseeing around the lake you will be back to Srikharka again for accommodation. Overnight at Srikharka.

Day 11: Srikharka (3770 m) to Yak kharka (4050 M)

On this day you will return in the same way that you have done before. After 4/5 hours hiking you will get back to Yak Kharka and can have lunch. You can explore around Yak Kharka and have some rest. Overnight at tea house lodge.

Day 12: Yak kharka to Thorang high camp (4925m) trek

The path from Yak Kharka to Thorong High Camp (4600 meters above sea level) takes about 5-6 hours. The Yak Kharka trail leads to a long climb to the last Ledar village. The trail then winds up providing spectacular views of the Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Tilache, and the Chuli peaks close-up view. You'll then climb as you walk along the barren windswept landscape before you reach Thorong Phedi. The Thorung Phedi trail then depends on your health. You can proceed along a zig-zag track towards Upper Phedi or High Camp if you're fresh and the time permits you. A few tea houses and lodges are in here. Overnight at High Camp.

Day 13: High camp to Muktinath (3770 m) trek via Thorang la pass (5416 m)

You should start your trek early after breakfast so you can get on time to the top of the pass before the cold wind starts blowing. In the beginning, the trek can be quite arduous as you walk for an hour along a steep zig-zag path. Once you reach the first ridge, the hike continues for half an hour or more on the narrow gradual track until you reach a small glacial pond. Small tea houses are in here. A further one-and-a-half-hour walk from here leads to the top of the pass. Finally, at Thorong-La, you'll reach an altitude of 5,416 meters. Through Thorong La you can catch the best views of the northern mountain range Annapurna, Damodar, Bhrikuti and Dhaulagiri. The descent will take you to the holy Muktinath village (3800 metres). As for trekking, this will be the longest day. This day, you'll be trekking for 7-8 hours. There are about two or three tea-houses for refreshment after reaching the bottom. You'll proceed for another hour after a break here before entering Muktinath, which is the holiest of all holy places. This place is full and busy with pilgrims from all over Nepal and India, during Hindu & Buddhist festivals.

Day 14: Muktinath to Jomsom to Tatopani by jeep. Bath on hot spring

The Muktinath temple is the ultimate destination for visitors from Hindu and Buddhist nations. The temple is home to waterspouts where fresh water from the streams above the temple pours out the channel. You'll embark on the trek to Jomsom after spending time at Muktinath temple. You will enjoy the beautiful views over Mt. Dhaulagiri as you trek. You will travel to Kagbeni between meadows, cross streams and hills. Here, you'll have your snack. Kagbeni is a village with lots of monumental stupas and a small monastery. You'll be trekking to Jomsom(2720 meters) after a lunch break at Kagbeni. From Kagbeni the path to Jomsom passes through the Kali Gandaki Valley windy areas. From Jomsom, it will take 3/4 hrs to reach Tatopani where you can take a hot shower and relax yourself. Overnight stay at Teahouse.

Day 15: Back to Pokhara by private jeep

Today you will go back to Pokhara by private jeep. You will get back to Pokhara in the evening and you can enjoy the overnight view of Lake and Lakeside. Today you will stay overnight at the best hotel near Lakeside.

Day 18: Final departure

It's time to say farewell to Nepal. Enjoy your last moments in Kathmandu with breakfast in a café, a city stroll, and/or souvenir shopping. A representative will meet you at your hotel and drive you to the airport for your return flight home. It's good to be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
